Our family moved into the area this past June, and this is our second trip to this office. We have been very impressed already. Everyone who works here, from the receptionists to the dentists are so friendly!! We feel very welcome here. But, the main improvement from our last dentist is that my teeth feel much cleaner, and the next day I felt no pain! My husband and I both talked about the fact that there was no pain during or after our cleanings. (Unfortunately, at our former dentist office we would be sore for about a week after our cleanings.) we are very pleased with the overall customer service in this office.

I really appreciate the consistent friendliness of the receptionists , both on the phone and in person. Since I've been coming here, I don't wait much (if at all) for my appointments. I certainly don't love getting dental work done, but the staff, including hygienists and Dr. Joe, of course, make it a pleasant experience.

About a month and a half ago I moved to Cleveland, OH and I just wouldn't find another dentist and hygienist like Dr. Joe and Connie. My co-worker made the comment "There are dentists in Cleveland, you know." I said to him "They don't have Dr. Joe or Connie." I love it here at Family Smiles. I wouldn't trade coming here at all!

I usually dread going to the dentist. I hate the sounds, smells, and tastes of it all. That changed when I started coming to Family Smiles. It starts when the wonderful ladies at the reception desk ask about my day. Being a new, first year teacher, I always love when anyone asks about me "career." Dr. Joe is very gentle but confident - 2 characteristics a great dentist should have. There are no awkward moments and Dr. Joe knows what he is doing. Overall, a friendly and superb dental experience!!
